Get ready for fall

ENG: Autumn has arrived and so we need to stock up our wardrobe with cozy sweaters and cool boots. I found this really stylish pieces at AX Paris. Check out and let me know what are your favorites for fall.

ENG: While I am watching the collections for spring 2014 via livestream and showing you the top 5 looks of my favourite designers on Facebook,  it is time to get back to the current seaon on my blog and take a closer look at the fall 2013 trends. One big trends is check and it does not matter if you decide for tartan, plaid, check, houndsthooth or squared. The best about this trend is, that you can style it according to your own style. For the grunge look, choose a casual red plaid shirt and combine it with black leather pants or ripped jeans. A green tartan trenchcoat, blouse, pencil skirt and loafers will make you look british chic. Decide for a checkered pantsuit and you can wear the trend to the office or if you like it playful, go for a pleaded squared skirt with schoolgirl attitude.

DE: Während ich mir schon die Kollektionen für Frühjahr 2014 über Livestreams und Bildergallerien anschaue und die Top 5 Looks meiner Lieblingsdesigner mit euch auf Facebook teile, wird es auf meinem Blog Zeit, in die jetzige Saison zurückzukehren und die Herbsttrends 2013 unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Ein eindeutiger Trend ist Karo. Und dabei ist es egal, ob ihr Hahnentritt, schottisches Karo, Schachbrettmuster oder kariert wählt. 

Das tolle an diesem Trend ist, das man ihn passend zum eigenen Stil stylen kann. Für den Grungelook kombiniert man ein lässiges, rot kariertes Hemd zur schwarzen Lederhose oder zerrissenen Jeans. British chic wirkt man, wenn man einen Trenchchoat mit grünem Schottenkaro zur Bluse, Loafers und Bleistiftrock trägt. Entscheidet man sich für einen karierten Hosenanzug, kann man den Trend auch ins Büro ausführen und wer es verspielt mag, setzt mit plissiertem Karo-Rock auf Schulmädchen Attitüde.
