ENG: DE : Recently a blogger event took place on the occasion of the opening of the reopening of a Vapiano restaurant in Hamburg. First we ate breakfast with the girls from Lynn's Pretty Mess, issdiesdas, Pepparmynta, Lina Mallon, Telishah und Joleena in a new, bright ambience , then we went in pairs behind the counter to cook. The challenge was to cook the dish in 150 seconds, because that is the time a Vapiano cook has to prepare the dish. So after they showed us, how to do it, it was our turn: despite the assistance of the two Vapianisti , we crossed the timing. When you consider that the cooks sometimes also prepare two dishes at once and still ask the guests for drinks and bread and scan the cards, it is a remarkable thing to do! A Vapiano apron was not enough to make me aVapianisti ;) My pasta tasted delicious anyway and since besides a cup, also the recipe and spices were in the goddiebag, I can practice a little at home and maybe soon serve friends a meal, which cooking time is 150 seconds :)
DE: Anlässlich der Wiedereröffnung einer Vapiano Filiale in Hamburg, fand kürzlich ein Bloggerevent statt. Zuerst wurde gemütlich mit den Bloggermädels von Lynn's Pretty Mess, issdiesdas, Pepparmynta, Lina Mallon, Telishah und Joleena im neuen, hellen Ambiente gefrühstückt, danach ging es für uns Paarweise hinter den Tresen zum selber kochen. Die Herausforderung bestand darin, das Gericht in 150 Sekunden zu kochen, denn auch nur so viel Zeit haben die Köche im Vapiano dafür. Nachdem uns einmal vorgemacht wurde, wie es geht, mussten wir selbst ran: trotz Hilfestellung der beiden Vapianisti, haben wir die Zeitvorgabe ordentlich überschritten. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Köche oft auch 2 Gerichte parallel zubereiten und die Gäste währenddessen noch nach Getränken und Brot fragen, sowie die Karten scannen, ist das eine wirklich bewundernswerte Leistung! Die Vapiano-Schürze machte leider nicht gleich eine Vapianisti aus mir ;) Geschmeckt hat mir meine selbstgemacht Pasta trotzdem und da ich neben einer Tasse, auch das Rezept, sowie Gewürze in der Goddiebag vorgefunden habe, kann ich zu Hause noch ein wenig üben und Freunden hoffentlich bald ein 150 Sekunden Gericht servieren :)
